Who we are
This website is operated by Faris Wright (Mr. Wright Properties), a Texas real estate sales agent sponsored by Walzel Properties, LLC. The text message (SMS) program on this site is operated by Mr Wright Properties LLC, Houston, TX.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, property address, and your home-search or selling preferences. If you check the optional SMS box, we also record your mobile number, your consent, and the date and time you gave it. Our servers and analytics tools (if added later) may also collect basic technical data like browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
To respond to your request, send homes or information you asked for, provide real estate services, and improve this site. We text you only if you opted in to SMS.
Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging platform and carriers), and only to operate the SMS program. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
Other sharing
Apart from SMS data, which is never shared for marketing, we may share information with my sponsoring broker, lenders, title companies and service providers when needed to serve you, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP to texts, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us at mrwrightproperties@gmail.com or 713.857.7050.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission is 100% secure. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements.
